CURRENT WORLDWIDE FREIGHT PROBLEMS. 

Preferred Freight Method.  With the turmoil in our world due to politics, tariffs and deals, we have found that government postal agencies such as Australia Post, Canada Post and many EU postal services have become a bureaucratic  self perpetuating ‘delay and hassle machine’.    If you can afford it we strongly suggest choosing the more expensive DHL freight option. Up to you of course.

Sometimes a small freight surcharge fee may be applicable to your order. Our freight rate tables are difficult to keep up to date with current world events affecting fuel prices and the cost of freight. We may have to send you an additional small invoice for a surcharge on the freight rate calculated. This we can only determine when we actually generate a shipping label. 

USA  SHIPPING.

Due to newly introduced Tariff assessments in the USA and Australia Post inability to provide an effective service, we now only ship via DHL. Slightly more expensive but reliable, quick and hassle free.   

Please note the DHL rates are to cities and large towns downtown and urban addresses. Rural or semi rural areas may mean DHL charge an additional "remote area delivery fee".  If this is the case we will inform you and send an additional invoice (usually this is AUS$20 - $40 more).

Once your item is dispatched the manifest is uploaded automatically to your countries customs via DHL for assessment of any duties or tax payable. You will receive a notification from DHL or your customs authority.  It seems to be working well and the charges are not too stiff.
