Revox B750 Output and Driver Transistor Kit
REVOX B750 Mk1 and Mk2 amplifier - output and driver transistor kit .
This is an extra optional item for our B750 full cap pot kit.
Do you need to replace the driver and output transistors? Generally you don't. But if your amplifier is not working - it could be due to a number of factors one of which may be the output or driver or both sets of transistors. A simple test is to test the leakage and gain of your existing transistors. NOTE: This is part of our instructions when you purchase our cap pot kit anyway. If there is any leakage or if one has very low gain and the other high - it would be prudent to change them. The amplifier stages are direct coupled so if an output transistor is faulty one or more drivers may also be faulty.
